Can I buy 1 piece only?
Yes. All products displayed with pricing on our website can be purchased directly with no minimum quantity requirement, except for customized items.
Where do you ship from?
Orders ship from our warehouse in China. We ship internationally.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe, United States & Canada: approximately 12–15 business days
- Asia & Oceania:approximately 3–5 business days
Actual delivery time may vary slightly depending on the destination and local courier conditions.
Will I need to pay import duties or VAT?
It depends on your shipping destination:
- Europe, United States & Canada: We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. Import duties and VAT are included, and no additional charges are required upon delivery.
- Asia & Oceania: Orders are shipped via express courier. Import duties and taxes are not included and may be charged by local customs or carriers upon arrival.
Customs policies vary by country. Any applicable duties or taxes are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
What if I receive a damaged item or there’s a quality issue?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos/videos. We’ll review and provide a solution based on the case.
