Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or modification
  • Customized, OEM, or made-to-order products
  • Camera modules, components, or development items that have been modified, integrated, or used beyond basic functional testing
  • Products returned with missing parts, physical damage, or signs of improper handling

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

Warranty Policy

All products purchased from our store are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products that have been altered or repaired by unauthorized parties
